Tips on Acting, Audition and Nervousness....
ऑडीशन ला जाताने नर्व्हसनेस ही सर्वात मोठी समस्या असते. तुमची पहिली ऑडीशन असो किंवा 200 वी ऑडीशन तुम्ही नर्व्हस होऊ शकता. नर्व्हसनेस ची अनेक कारणे असतात.
1)ऑडीशनच्या ठिकाणी तुम्ही गेल्यावर तेथील दुसरे स्पर्धक आणि त्यांचे राहणीमान, त्यांची पर्सनॅलीटी, ग्रुपीझम 😮इं. गोष्टीकडे लक्ष दिले तर नर्व्हसनेस येऊ शकते.
2)ऑडीशनच्या ठिकाणी दुसर्यांबरोबर विनाकारण बडबड करू नये आपल्या स्क्रिप्टकडे लक्ष द्यावे.📋
दुसऱ्या ना Attitude दाखवू नये कारण समोरून 😎पण 😎Attitude च आपल्याला परत मिळतो आणि त्यामुळे मनात नैराश्य येते आणि याचा परिणाम ऑडीशनवर होतो.
शक्यतो दुसऱ्याना हलकी स्माईल द्यावी त्याने मुड चांगला राहतो.
3)कॅमेरा सोडून बाहेर हॉलमधे Acting दाखवू नये, कारण तुम्ही कितीही चांगले केले तरी तुम्हाला इतरांकडून प्रशंसा मिळणार नाही कारण तेथे सगळेच कलाकार असतात, प्रेक्षक कुणीही नसते. आणि आपण चुकीचे केले असा आपला गैरसमज होतो.
4)कॅमेरामन व कास्टींग डायरेक्टर हे माणसच असतात हे पहील्यांदा लक्षात ठेवावे, त्यामुळे त्यांची भीती मनातून गेलीच पाहीजे त्याशिवाय ऑडीशन व्यवस्थित जाऊच शकत नाही. चुका माणसाकडूनच होतात, त्यामुळे ऑडीशनमधे चूक होऊ शकते आणि हे नैसर्गिक आहे. चूक झाल्यावर ऑडीशन बंद🙊 न करता चालू ठेवायची , चुकले तर स्वारी न म्हणता पुढे चालू ठेवावे. पुन्हा नव्याने सुरूवातीपासून सुरूवात करू नये.
5) दुसर्याला त्याचे ऑडीशन कसे झाले हे विचारू नये, त्याचा परिणाम तुमच्या मुडवर होऊ शकतो.
6) ऑडीशन ला मोठी रांग बघीतली तरी आत्मविश्वास कमी होतो पण त्याचा परिणाम होऊ देऊ नये.
7) रिजेक्ट झाल्यावर टेंन्शन घेऊ नये 💭कारण त्या रोलची गरजच वेगळी असेल तर तुम्हाला सिलेक्ट करणार नाहीतच. उदाहरण म्हणजे त्यांना 50 वयाचा टकला जाडा माणूस हवा असेल तर तुमचे सिक्स पॅक आणि हेअर स्टाईल काहीच कामाची नाही.
8) घरी झालेले भांडण, रस्त्यात किंवा ट्रेनमधे झालेले भांडण याचा विचार तिथल्या तिथेच सोडून द्यावा ,त्या टेंन्शन्स ना ऑडीशन रूम पर्यंत आणु नये.
9) कुणीतरी ओळखीचा फायदा घेऊन रांगेतून ऑडीशनसाठी पुढे गेले तर त्याचा परिणाम आपल्यावरती होऊ देऊ नये.
10)ऑडीशन देताना समोर कुणीही मोठे किंवा प्रसिद्ध असले तरी तुम्ही त्यावेळी स्टार असता आणि समोरचे बसलेले प्रेक्षक असतात.
